Learn from a Job Profiling Master, Cathy Farlam, with over 30 years as they guide you through best-practice frameworks, techniques, and case examples. Applied Assignment (Pair Work)
In the weeks between the session, you will be paired up with a fellow IOP to source and conduct a real Job Profiling exercise, applying what you’ve learned. Submit your completed profile to the Omnicor team for personalised feedback.
Feedback & Reflection Session (with Cathy)
Join Cathy for a follow-up Q&A where you can discuss your challenges, gain expert insights, and refine your approach to Job Profiling Outcome
By the end of the series, you’ll have:
- A completed Job Profile suitable for inclusion in your Portfolio of Evidence
- Practical experience conducting a full Job Profiling session
